I was setting up my course hub this weekend, right before my computer crashed.  So I couldn't do anything more since then.  I will get that up as soon as I can.  And remember, you have to fill out the survey to get the access code for the learning hub.

Anyways, I finally got my computer back up again, just now.  Trying to hurry and get stuff done before it crashes again.  I am SO BEHIND!  This was the weekend where I was supposed to catching up with my work and other obligations and because my computer couldn't go 2 minutes without crashing, I lost at least 2 days to work. I have a backup computer but it doesn't have all of my licensed softwares on it and I didn't have all of my recent projects that I've been working on.  And I didn't want to start over from scratch again. 

On top of that, I found out that my son has a presentation project that I have to help him with.  I originally thought that it was due on August 30th, because the teacher said August 30th on the email.  And now I saw my son's Homework assignment calendar and it said that the presentation is tomorrow!!!!  I was not expecting that.  And it's something that requires me printing out images and cutting it up.  I haven't used my printer in ages.  Now I have to clean the printer head before it can print anything.  OMG!  It's going to be another late night for me.  

Sunday is usually my day to get ready for the rest of the week.  So I spent the whole morning and afternoon doing laundry!  Despite the children having to wear uniforms for school, it doesn't seem to cut down on my laundry loads.  4 loads of laundry later (all belongs to the 2 kids!), Holy cow!  That's like several outfit changes a day!  How did that happen?!  Meal planning and prepping lunches for the kids for the rest of the week so that I don't drive myself crazy every morning.  Having to figure out what the heck to pack for my kids' lunches every morning is stressful!  So my default is making ham and cheese sandwiches and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches ahead of time.   I make a whole batch of them and keep them in the refrigerator.  And they have their choices of those 2 if nothing else looks appealing.  LOL. I'm trying to eliminate choices.  Less choices means a much stressed out Mom and kids.  

So as a busy mom and a business owner, I am always looking for solutions to get things done quicker and get better results.  This is going to be saving me a ton of time and help me to quickly get a finished product.

BC Stack event is over.  And most vendors have already taken down their download links and coupons.  However, because I am a very busy mom and entrepreneur too.  I know that deadlines can be stressful.  And last minute computer glitches happen.  So if you haven't had a chance to download my product from the BC Stack event yet, I am leaving it up for awhile longer.  So you can get to it when it is convenient for you.  You've already paid for the bundle and I've already made the product.  So it's not like it's hurting me if I just help everyone out by keeping the download page and links active longer!  I went to download the products from the event way before the deadline and some vendors have already taken down their coupons!  And I couldn't reach out to the vendor to let them know because their website didn't have any contact information or a contact form!  That is not good business practice when your customers cannot find a contact information to get a hold of you. 

I had a few customers who had technical issues in getting my products.  And instead of emailing me directly, they opted to shout me out on Facebook instead.  The problem with that is that not everyone is on Facebook every second of every day.  Like me, I am only on Facebook once a week.  And Facebook doesn't always notify me if someone is talking about me in a forum.  So if this happens to you, how would you know if your customer needed help?  The only solution is to make sure that you have a clear contact link on your webpage and have a contact form.  So that your customers can reach out to you if they have any issues.  Which I do, but not all customers reach out for help when there is a problem.  Any customers who did contact me, I have already replied back with the solution.  So please reach out if you still need help.  I am here for you!  And I promise I don't bite.
