HOW TO PRINT OUR PRINTABLE
Test print with 1 page first to see if your printer prints out how you want it to look. Each printer is different and how your prints come out depends on how you setup your printer settings.
You can open a PDF file, and select ONLY the pages that you want to print before clicking "print" or "send to printer." This option is for when you do not want to print the entire document or all of the pages. Not all printables comes with the PNG or JPG files. But, if it does, you can also open either the PNG or JPG files one by one to select specific pages to print only those pages.
Before you print, make sure that you have the right printer paper that you want to use. Our prints will print on any types of paper from photo paper, regular white papers, to card stocks. It all depends on your printer setting. You can also adjust the colors on your printer setting if you want to adjust the colors to make it brighter or darker.
Most printers have Fill page option, Fit to page option, allow bleed, or allow margins. You should test this option to understand your printer before you send the entire document to print. So that you don't waste ink and paper.
**DISCLAIMER** This is my printing experience with MY printer. Yours may be different depending on the make, model, paper type, and paper brand.
I have an Epson printer and I usually set my settings to US paper size (because I am in the US), Regular white paper (because I am not using any special paper to print my planners), If I am printing a sign or high color graphics, then I will use photo papers in Glossy or Matte. And set print quality to regular (for planners) and Best Quality for high graphics documents. And I will choose Fit to page for planners, and Allow for Bleeds and Margins if I have high graphics documents that I don't want it to get cut off. But most of the time it works good on Fit to page as well. Epson are very good at printing all the way to the edge. **But I am not a printer expert, so I cannot give professional printing advice. I can only share my printing experience unique to my printer, which can vary results to yours.
IF YOU ARE MAKING PHYSICAL PRINTABLE TO SELL: I highly advise that you do test prints of the exact designs and pages AND on the paper brands and paper types of what you will be using to send to your customers. It is good business practice to test your products out before you send them off to your customers. Can you imagine if the pharmaceutical companies don't test their products out first before selling them on store shelves for consumer use!!! OMG, that would be a disaster. Now, our products is not as serious and can't physically harm someone but you will drastically limit the scenarios that can go wrong.
