I ate SO MUCH yummy foods that I normally wouldn't the last few days that I feel like I am Violet from Charlie and The Chocolate Factory. Violet is the girl who was into chewing gum.  And she was the one who ate the 10 course dinner gum and inflated like a blueberry.  Anyways, I got a whole workout plan (in my head) of what I plan to do.  LOL.  The truth is, I do not like to workout.  It is boring.  I have to do something fun like dancing, kick boxing, Zumba, or something that keeps my attention.  Window shopping and taste testing are my cardios.  LOL

 Starting and running a business is kinda like eating a big meal.  You have to pace yourself.  And you want to get filled up on your vegetables that are good for your first before you eat the desserts.  All of the tasks to run and sustain your business seems very daunting when you start to think and look at everything that you have to do today, this week, this month, the year.  It is just too overwhelming!  And then you'll end up spooking yourself out and then you are just like a deer in the headlights.  And you end up freezing up because you are experiencing information overload.  

My advice for you (no matter if you are starting out or if you are veteran at entreprenship), take it one part at a time.  I would look at my money making tasks first before I let myself do all of the fun stuff (like designing, brainstorming new ideas, or shopping for new products).  If I focus on the tasks that make money first and then the other priority tasks then I find that my anxiety doesn't build up.  Because I did what I know that I was supposed to do instead of leaving them towards the end of the day.  Where I would panic because of the time crunch and create needless stress for myself.  And by doing the money making tasks first, you will less likely to procrastinate as well.  

I was reading a research on the levels of dopamine of you brain and how it is responsible for all of the things that you do that requires motivations and efforts.  And of course it totally makes sense that we would gravitate towards the fun tasks that doesn't make any money first because they are instant gratification.  Versus the tasks that we are supposed to, which isn't very fun because it requires work. So we tend to leave them off until the end of the day.  And we set ourselves up for an endless cycle of procrastination and being constantly behind.  I don't know about you, but that is exhausting and no way to spend the rest of your life or your business building experience.  So by refraining from doing the tasks that are instant gratification first, you will train your brain to release the dopamine when you are done with your money making tasks.  Hence, this is how you can reprogram your brain.
