Three major holidays within a six week period can lead to havoc. You've got dinners to prepare, decorations to put up and take down, parties to go to and gifts to buy.  Yes. It can be overwhelming. Below are a few hacks to help keep your holidays and you, happy. 

Here are some Quick, Fast, and Easy Holiday Decorations Ideas.  These will be so fun for the kids or for you to make.  If you don't have kids, just get some friends together to have a craft night.  It's spending time with the people that you care about in your life is what matters the most.  Most of these supplies can be purchased easily at the dollar store and can be found easily in your local areas.  I love saving money!  

Mini Holiday Scenes
Create a holiday landscape inside a small bowl as the base. Fill a small bowl, 2 to 4 inches in diameter with salt, up to nearly the rim of the bowl. The salt is your snow. Plop in a purchased holiday figure such as reindeer, sleigh, snowman, or Santa Clause. Add a mini Christmas tree or use a snippet of a pine bough. Finish with a candy cane, peppermint stick or other candies. 

Candy Cane Bouquet
Tall candy canes tied with a bow are secured into a glass vase or jar. Tie together as many candy canes together as you need to fit snuggly inside the glass jar. Remove. Add hot glue to the bottom of the jar and re-insert the candy cane bouquet. Hold upright for about 30 seconds until the glue sets.  As a finishing touch, add springs of fresh baby's breath between the candy canes. The baby's breath will dry in place. 

Floral Trees
Reminiscent of the Victorian age, these trees are a snap to decorate. The base is an artificial tree. Wrap mini lights around the tree. Use purchased pearls by the yard as garland. Tie tiny bows on the boughs with satin ribbon or you could use purchased boughs and hot glue in place. Take sprigs of fresh baby's breath and poke them into the tree boughs. Go overboard so the tree has a cloud of white baby's breath. The flowers will dry in place. 

Glowing Giant Balls
Of course the weather has to be freezing for these ice balls to stay frozen. Fill large latex s with colored water. Use Blue and clear for Hanukah, Red and Green for Christmas and neon colors for New Year's. Freeze solid. Remove the balloon and place in the yard. If you want, you could place a strand of lights behind the balls so they glitter.
